| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺太冲穴对图像视觉诱发电位（P-VEP）P100潜时的影响。方法 针刺正常人及视神经萎缩患者太冲穴、太渊穴，观察针刺前后P-VEPP100潜时变化。结果 针刺太冲穴可缩短P-VEPP100潜时，结论 针刺太冲穴有改善视神经传导功能的作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of acupuncturing taichong(太冲) acupoint on the latent time of P-VEP.METHODS P100 latent time of P-VEP was observed in normal volunteers and the patients with optic atrophy before acupuncture. After the taichong acupoints and taiyuan (太渊) acupoints were acupunctured the P100 latent time of P-VEP was determined again in the volunteers and the patients. RESULTS Acupuncturing taichong made the P100 latent time shorted.CONCLUSION Acupuncturing taichong could improve the conduction of optic nerve impulsion. |
