慢性肺心病病人红细胞免疫功能及血清补体变化

目的　探讨慢性肺心病病人红细胞免疫功能及血清补体变化。②方法　应用免疫黏附花环法和免疫单扩散法 ,对 43例慢性肺心病病人和 41例健康人红细胞免疫功能及血清补体进行检测。③结果　慢性肺心病病人红细胞C3b受体及免疫复合物花环率显著低于正常对照组 (t=11.40 15 ,9.5 0 72 ,P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,补体C5,CINH,BF显著高于正常对照组 (t=2 .45 72～ 5 .6 433,P <0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ,补体C1q,C3 ,C4 ,C9与正常对照组比较无显著差异 (t=0 .875 4～ 1.930 0 ,P >0 .0 5 )。慢性肺心病病人红细胞免疫功能改变与低氧有关 (t=3.0 370 ,4.46 32 ,P <0 .0 0 5 )。④结论　红细胞免疫功能及补体改变对慢性肺心病的病理生理过程有一定影响。

CHANGES OF THE IMMUNOLOGICAL FUNCTION OF RED BLOOD CELL AND SERUM COMPLEMENT IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC COR PULMONALE

Objective\ To study the changes of the immunological function of red blood cell and serum complement in patients with chronic cor pulmonale.\ Methods\ The immunological function of red blood cell and serum complement in patients with chronic cor pulmonale and healthy persons were detected by using immunoadhesion.\ Results\ The results showed that the C 3b receptor and immunological complex of red blood cell in patients with chronic cor pulmonale were much lower than that of normal people ( t=11.401 5,9.507 2,P < 0.005).The complement C 5, C INH , BF in patients with chronic cor pulmonale were much higher than that of normal people( t=2.457 2-5.643 3,P < 0.05,0.01), and no difference was found in the complements C 1q ,C 3,C 4,C 9 between patients and healthy people ( t=0.875 4-1.930 0,P >0.05).The change of immunological function in patients with chronic cor pulmonale was related to anoxia( t=3.037 0,4.463 2,P< 0.005). \ Conclusion\ The changes of immunological function of red blood cell and serum complement play a role in pathophysiology in patients with chronic cor pulmonale in some degree.
