白族老年人血清尿酸水平分析

目的研究云南大理地区健康白族老年人的血清尿酸水平,探讨白族人群血清尿酸水平与增龄的关系。方法选择云南大理白族老年人218例,根据年龄段分组并设置对照组,测定血清尿酸水平。结果白族老年组血清尿酸水平低于汉族老年组(P<0.01);白族老年组血清尿酸水平比白族老年前期组高;白族老年组血清尿酸水平比白族成年组高(P<0.05),各组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义;白族老年男性血清尿酸水平比女性高(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论白族老年人血清尿酸水平低于汉族老年人,随着增龄血清尿酸水平升高,且男性高于女性。

Analysis of Serum Uric Acid Level of the Aged in the Bai Nationality

Objective To research the serum uric acid （SUA）level of the aged in the Bai nationality, to discuss the relation between the serum uric acid level and the aging. Methods To choose 218 cases of the aged in the Bai nationality, set up the control group according to age, determine the serum uric acid levels. Results The serum uric acid level of the aged in Bai nationality was lower than that in the Han people （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; The serum uric acid level of the aged group was higher than that in the pre - elderly group ;The serum uric acid level of the aged group was higher than that in the adult group（P 〈0.05） ,there was statistical significance between the two groups ; The serum uric acid level in male was higher than in female of the aged in the Bai nationality （P 〈 0.01 ）, there was significant difference. Conclusion The serum uric acid level of the aged in Bai nationality was lower than that in the Han people, the serum uric acid level increased with the aging, and the level in male was higher than in female.
