温下健脾法对重度脓毒症患者炎症指标的影响

目的：分析温下健脾法对重度脓毒症患者炎症指标的影响。方法：选择60例重度脓毒症患者采用随机、双盲、对照方法分为两组，每组30例，即中西医治疗组（附桂姜黄汤+常规西医治疗），对照组（常规西医治疗），治疗5d后，对比治疗前后血浆降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白的差异。结果：中西医治疗组的血浆降钙素原、C－反应蛋白均较治疗前明显下降，显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：温下健脾法可以明显降低重度脓毒症患者血浆降钙素原、C－反应蛋白的水平，有助于减轻炎症反应，帮助改善预后。

Effect of temperature on the spleen of patients with severe sepsis inflammatory index

Objective: to analysis of the influence of temperature on the spleen of patients with severe sepsis inflammatory index. Methods:60 cases of severe sepsis patients by randomized, double blind, control methods will be divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group, namely in western medicine treatment group treated with routine western medicine Fu Guijiang Decoction control group (routine treatment) and 5 days after treatment, and compared before and after treatment of plasma calcitonin fibrinogen, high sensitive C reactive protein differences. Results: the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine of plasma procalcitonin and C reactive protein were significantly decreased compared with before treatment, was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the spleen temperature can be significantly reduced in patients with severe sepsis procalcitonin and C reactive protein level, help reduce inflammation, improve the prognosis of patients with severe sepsis.
