综合干预手足外科围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物的效果分析

目的：评价干预措施对某院手足外科围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的有效性和可行性。方法：回顾性调查某院手足外科2011年8月（干预前）和2014年11月（干预后）抗菌药物的使用情况并进行对比分析。结果：干预后，Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药率明显下降（P＜0.05），抗菌药物的使用品种减少及用药疗程缩短（P＜0.05），用药时机更合理规范；两组手术部位感染发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），抗菌药物使用强度（AUD）下降到了干预后的14.88DDDs/100人/d。结论：干预后，某院手足外科围手术期预防用抗菌药物的合理性提高。表明干预措施对促进医院抗菌药物的合理使用是可行、有效的。

Analysis of intervention effect of prophylactic application of antibiotics during perioperative period in hand and foot surgery

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of intervention measures on prophylactic application of antibiotics during perioperative period in hand and foot surgery. Methods: the utilization of antibiotics in the hand and foot surgery in Aug.2011 (before intervention) and Nov.2014 (after intervention) was analyzed retrospectively. Results: After intervention, The percentage of antibiotics used in typeⅠincision operations was much lower , from 100% to 33.33% . The number of drug types and treatment course were significantly lower, And rationality of medication timing was improved significantly. AUD of antibiotics decreased from 44.13DDDs/100perspns/day to 14.88DDDs/100persons/day. Conclusion: After the intervention, The prophylactic application of antibiotics during perioperative period were more reasonable. The intervention is feasible and effective.
