| 摘 要： | 目的观察冠通方对冠状动脉内裸金属支架植入术后再狭窄的影响。方法120例冠心病冠状动脉裸金属支架植入患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组常规用药,治疗组在此基础上服用冠通方,两组均治疗6个月。冠状动脉定量分析术前、术后即刻和治疗结束后冠状动脉造影图像,比较治疗后两组再狭窄率及支架植入血管段内径情况。结果对照组再狭窄率为23.73%,治疗组为9.84%,两组再狭窄率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后治疗组晚期内径丢失小于对照组(P0.05),支架植入血管段最小内径、管腔内径净获得、管腔面积净获得均大于对照组(P0.05或P0.01)。结论冠通方可减少冠状动脉裸金属支架植入术后再狭窄的发生率。
