苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

目的 评价苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的近期疗效。方法 随机开放性应用苦参素(600mg/d)治疗慢性乙型肝炎病人69例，疗程3个月。疗效评价包括症状，肝功能和HBV复制指标。结果 苦参素能改善慢性乙型肝炎患的临床症状及肝功能，对慢性乙肝病人HBV—DNA及HBeAg的阴转率为48．33％和31．67％。结论 苦参素可改善慢性乙肝病人的症状及肝功能，且有较强的抗乙肝病毒作用，应用过程中安全性良好。

Observation on short-term effect of kurarinone on patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To evaluate the short -term effect of Kurainone on patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Sixty-nine patients chronic hepatitis B were treated with Kurarinone at the dose of 600 mg/d for 3 months the efficacy and safety were evaluated with clinical, biochemical, hematnlogiclal and virological parameters. Results Three months After treament, clinical sympton and biochemical liver function were improved in the pa- tient with chronic hepatitis B, and the trates of HBV-DNA and HBeAg in the patients with chronic hepatits B re- sponse were 48.33% and 31 .67% . Conclusion The results show that it is safe and the clinical and biochemical functions could be improved and sustained HBV replication suppression could be obtained from short treatment with Kurarinone at the dose of 600mg daily.
