改良式额肌腱膜悬吊术矫治先天性重度上睑下垂

目的探讨改良式额肌腱膜悬吊术矫治重度上睑下垂的临床效果。方法采用改良式额肌腱膜悬吊术矫治重度上睑下垂患者32例,术后随访6个月至2年以上。结果本组32例矫正良好29例,基本矫正3例,无过矫或矫正不足者。所有患者术后早期均存在眼睑闭合不全,大多在术后2个月消失。无明显并发症发生。结论改良式额肌腱膜悬吊术具有符合生理和解剖的优点,操作简单,并发症少,矫治重度上睑下垂疗效可靠。

Correction of severe congenital blepharoptosis with modified suspension of frontal aqoneurosis

Objective To explore the clinic efficacy of modified suspension of frontal aqoneurosis correcting severe congenital blepharoptesis.Methods 32 patients with severe congenital blepharoptosis underwent suspension of frontal aqoneurosis,and all patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years.Results Favorable correction occurred in 29 cases of 32 cases,basic correction in 3 cases,no hypereorrection and undercorrection in the team.Eyelid closed incompletely oc- curred on every patient at the early stage of the operation and disappear in about 2 months.No complication occurred at all patients Conclusion s The design of modified Suspension of frontal aqoneurosis consistent with the treat of physiology and anatomy.And the operation is easy,safe and effective with little complication.
