Observation on the efffect of the Mailuoning treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage on the drape in stable phase

Objective To investigate effect of intravenous infusion Mailuoning for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage on the drape in stable phase.Methods 412 subjects with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage on the drape in stable phase were divided into two groups:Mailuoning group(n=208),and control group(n=204).In control group,the routine therapy method was administered.In Mailuoning group,besides routine therapy program,20 ml Mailuoning parenteral solution was injected i.v once a day.Therapy period is 21 days.According to European Strokes Scale,the clinical neurologic impairment score and average value were evaluated when the put in hospital and after the course 4 weeks were evaluated between Mailuoning group and control group.At the same time,death rate was compared.Result When the observation is end,the both average value of the clinical neurologic impairment score(14.2± 4.8) and amount of hematom(9.4± 3.7)ml of the Mailuoning group infra the control group(15.6± 4.6,10.8± 3.9)ml,U >2.56.Mailuoning group death rate infra control group(6.37% ),P< 0.05.Conclusion Mailuoning parenteral solution can facilitate hemorrhage acceleration and descent of the clinical neurologic impairment score and death rate of the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in stable phase.It is reliable that Mailuoning parenteral solution treats the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in stable phase.
