兔双侧颈总动脉结扎建立脑血管痉挛模型的研究

摘    要:目的研究兔双侧颈总动脉结扎前后脑血管的改变情况.方法经股动脉插管行兔脑血管造影,再行双侧颈总动脉结扎;15d后行第二次脑血管造影,并进行前后对比.结果与结扎前比,结扎后大部分兔脑血管,尤其是基底动脉迂曲、延长、增粗,直径达(0.96±0.11)mm,与结扎前比较[(0.66±0.08)mm],差异有显著性意义(t=5.8355,P=0.0015).颅内外侧支循环广泛形成.结论颈总动脉结扎后,兔脑靠侧支循环增加,基底动脉增粗代偿脑血流的下降;在症状性脑血管痉挛模型制作中,颈总动脉结扎是一项可行的技术.

Abstract:AIM: To study the differences between cerebral angiograms before and after the ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries(CCA).METHODS: Cerebral angiography was performed through femoral artery,and the bilateral CCAs were ligated in 10 rabbits, and 15 days later angiography was repeated.RESULTS: After the ligation of CCAs, the basilar arteries became tortuous,longer and more dilated, and the diameter of basilar arteries was significantly up to(0.96 ±0. 11) mm, as compared with that before the ligation[ (0. 66± 0. 08) mm, t = 5. 8355, P = 0. 001 5 ]. Encephalic and extracranial collateral circulation was established.CONCLUSION: After the ligation of both CCAs, the decrease of cerebal blood flow is compensated by the formation of collateral circulation and the dilation of basitar artery, and CCA ligation is a feasible technique in establishing symptomatic cerebral vasospastic model.
