青年与老年急性心肌梗死危险因素的差异性探讨

目的 :探讨青年与老年急性心肌梗死 (AMI)危险因素的差异。方法 :对 18例青年组与 95例老年组AMI患者的危险因素进行回顾性分析。结果 :青年组AMI均为男性 ,老年组女性占 3 2 .6% ,两组间性别构成比存在明显差异(P <0 .0 1)。青年组AMI有早发冠心病家族史占 3 8.9% ,吸烟占 83 .3 % ,饮酒占 5 5 .6% ,均明显高于老年组 (P <0 .0 1)。老年组AMI有高血压占 42 .1% ,并发糖尿病占 2 2 .1% ,均明显高于青年组 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1) ,两组患者高血压级别及控制情况与AMI的发生密切相关。结论 :男性、早发冠心病家族史、大量吸烟、大量饮酒是青年AMI的主要危险因素 ;而有高血压、糖尿病等合并症是老年AMI的主要危险因素

An Investigation of the Difference of Risk Factors of Acute Myocardial Infarction Between the Young Patients and the Old Patients

Objective:To study the risk factors of acute myocardial infarction between the young patients and the old patients.Methods:We carried out the contrasting analysis in the risk factors between 18 young patients (age<40 years old ) and 95 old patients (age≥60 years old ).Results:All AMI patients in the young were male, the female AMI patients in the old group accounted for 32.6%, The patients with family history of coronary heart disease, excessive smoking and drinking in the young group respectively accounted for 38.9%?83.3% and 55.6%, Which were much higher than those in the old patients (P<0.01), The patients complicated with hypertension and diabetes in the old group respecticely accounted for 42.1% and 22.1%, Which were much higher than those in the young patients(P<0.05 and P<0.01). There are related between the degree of hypertension of treatment and AMI in the two groups.Conclusions:There were different risk factors between the young group and the old group, Male, family history of coronary heart disease, excessive smoking and drinking were major risk factors in the young group, While complicated with hypertension and diabetes were important risk factors in the old group.
