Fas配体mRNA在大肠癌组织的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的研究Fas配体mRNA表达与大肠癌生物学行为及临床预后的关系.方法应用原位杂交方法检测Fas配体mRNA在52例大肠癌组织中的表达.结果大肠癌Fas配体mRNA表达阳性率为58%(30/52).存在癌周炎性反应的大肠癌组织中FasLmRNA阳性率为25%(3/12),而无癌周炎性反应的大肠癌阳性率为68%(27/40),两者差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).Fas配体mRNA表达在DukesB期组38%(10/26),C期组为73%(16/22),D期组为100%(4/4),差异有显著性(P<0.05).FasLmRNA阳性组术后5年累积生存率为50%(15/30),明显低于阴性组86%(19/22),两者差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论Fas配体对大肠癌临床分期和预后起重要作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Fas ligand mRNA and the biological behavior and prognosis of colon cancer.Methods The expression of Fas ligand mRNA was examined in 52 cases of colon cancer by in situ hybridization (ISH) technique.Results Fas ligand mRNA expression was found in 30 out of 52 cases of colon cancer (58%). Fas ligand mRNA expression was positive in cancer tissues in 3 out of 12 cases (25%) with pericancer inflammation and in 27 out of 40 cases (68%) with no pericancer inflammation ( P <0 05). The positive rate in Dukes B stage was 38% (10/26) compared with 73% (16/22) in Dukes C and with 100% (4/4) in Dukes D ( P <0 05). The postoperative 5 year overall survival rate was lower in Fas ligand mRNA positive group (50%, 15/30) than in negative group (86%, 19/22) ( P <0 05). Conclusions Fas ligand may be associated with the staging and prognosis of colon cancer.
