| 摘 要： | 目的 帮助临床合理用药，特别是缓释制剂和控释制剂的正确使用。方法 通过新剂型药系统（主要包括缓释制剂和控释制剂）与普通制剂的对比，说明其突出功能；从制剂结构和有关药物的药理出发，对新剂型给药系统的临床误用进行了深入的剖析。结果 半片或2／3片给药；日服3次，饭后咀嚼；新剂型给药系统之间相互交叉，混淆等属于临床误用。结论 新剂型给药系统的结构特点及其具有突出功能的基础。

| Abstract: | Objective:To help clinical rational usage of drug.Especially correct usage of slow delivery preparations and controlled delivery preparations.Methods:This article explains the outstanding functions by means of the new system of a drug in contrast with commonness and analyses the misuse of the nwe form system of a drug in clinics.Results:Give the drug by half tablet or 2/3 tablet; three times per day, mastication after meal ect. All of that belong to the clinical misuse of a drug. Conclusion:The structure characteristic of the new form system of a drug is the base of the outstanding functions. |
