异常白细胞直方图和异常的血小板直方图在临床中的意义

目的探讨白细胞和血小板异常直方图在临床诊断中的价值。方法采用Symesk—4500自动细胞分析仪对360例患者进行检测并分析其白细胞和血小板直方图,结果白细胞直方图异常提示,WL低鉴别线(LD)错误;T1波谷1鉴别线错误;T2波谷2鉴别线错误;F1小细胞不准确;WU高鉴别线错误。其中以WL、T1、F1较常见。血小板直方图异常提示有PL、PD、MP、DW四种,PL、PD为噪音干扰所致不常出现。常出现为MP和DW。结论异常白细胞直方图曲线峰的高低数量和低谷区的特征将会出现一些变化,并显示相应的报警。MP样本中存在两种或多种大小的血小板。DW提出均为血小板(PLT)减少的患者,多数患者PLT数<50×109/L。在进行血常规检查时,如发现上述情况,需要检验人员很好地分析与理解提示符的意义,配合临床医生,以减少漏诊、误诊。

The Clinical ImPIins of the Abnormal Digrams of Both Leukocye and Platelet

Objective TO determine the diagnostic values of the abnormal diagrams of leukocyte and platelet.Methods Using symesk—4500 automatic blood cell anayzer to check blood samples of 360 individuals and analyzing the diagrams of both leukocyte and platelet.Results The indication of the abnormal diagram of leukocyte is WL:The error of low identity line;T_1:The error of the identity line of trough 1;The error of the identity line of trough 2;F1:The inaccuracy of small leukocyte;The error of the top identity line Among them,WL、T_1、T_2 were common.The indication of abnormal diagram of platelet:showing PL、PD、MP、DW.Among them,PL、PD were caused by noise interruption and not frequent but MP and DW were common.Conclusion The abnormal diayans of lenkocyte appeared fluctuation in terms of its high and low parameters and its characters of Low trough.with signal of alarm.MP:The samples contain two or more different sizes of platelete.DW:All patients involved suffered from thrombocy themia,most of them had PLT<50×109/L,When we carry out blood test,We must under stand and analyze,the clinica1,implications of abnormal finding before we consult in order to minimize under diagnsis and misdiagnosis.
