舱室内颅脑爆炸伤早期血浆S100B蛋白及脑水肿的变化及意义

摘    要:目的 观察舱室内大鼠颅脑爆炸伤早期血浆S-100B蛋白含量的变化及其意义.方法 采用自制舱室内大鼠颅脑爆炸伤模型,于伤后1、3、6、12、24、72小时取血,运用双抗体夹心法(ELISA法)检测S-100B蛋白含量,取脑组织测含水量并观察伤后病理变化.结果 伤后S-100B蛋白随时问延长而逐渐增高,24小时达高峰,72小时仍高于正常;脑含水量随时间延长而逐渐增加,6小时达高峰,之后逐渐下降,24小时内仍高于正常,72小时接近正常.结论 舱室内颅脑爆炸伤模型稳定可靠,早期检测血S-100B蛋白有助判断舱室内颅脑爆炸伤.
