| 摘 要： | 笔者总结35例精索静脉曲张患者腹腔镜高位凝闭术的手术配合。认为术前做好病人心理护理与器械准备，术中洗手护士熟练掌握各种器械的安装使用与清洁保养，动作轻柔，注意检查各器械有无耗损，以免术中小碎片遗留腹腔；巡回护士严密观察患者的呼吸、血氧饱和度，手术过程中持续供氧，密切观察手术进程、显像系统的正常运作、清晰度，及时供给手术台上的所需物品。紧密配合手术，术后科学保养器械能提高手术配合的质量。

| Abstract: | The authors analyzed the nursing cooperation of 35 patients undergoing the ligation of varicocele under laparoscopic.They argued that it was necessary to make preparation of mental nursing and apparatus before operation,wash hands operatively,grasp the knowledge about use and cleaning of medical apparatus,act softly and check apparatus.Circuit nurses should observe patients' breath and SpO2 carefully,supply oxygen continuously,pay attention to the procedure of operation and function of monitoring system and supply necessary articles.Close operation cooperation and scientific maintenance of apparatus postoperatively can improve cooperation quality. |
