妊娠腕管综合征88例临床分析

目的了解妊娠期腕管综合征的临床特点,以提高对本病的认识,减少误诊,观察曲安奈德腕管内注射治疗妊娠腕管综合征的临床疗效。方法选取88例妊娠腕管综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组44例使用曲安奈德药物腕管内注射治疗;对照组44例使用超短波治疗仪患处局部疗法加用丹参和维生素B1、B6、B12等药物治疗。结果观察组与对照组的观察组与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）、观察组与对照组的比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论曲安奈德腕管内注射治疗妊娠腕管综合征的临床疗效显著,优于其他保守疗法,且见效快,复发率低,临床评价疗效满意。

The clinical analyses of 88 patients collecied in the pregnancy wrist tube synthesis

Objective To findout the clinical characteristics and improve the recognition of this disease so that to decrease the misdiagnosis. Observe the clinical curative effect of Pregnancy carpal tunnel syndrome with triamcinolone acetonide injected into the carpal tunnel. Methods Select 88 patients Pregnancy carpal tunnel syndrome to draft the patient to divide into the observation group and the control group stochastically, which the observation group injected with triamcinolone acetonide into the carpal tunnel while the control group 44 example use ultrashort wave treatment meter as local treatment adds with salvia miltiorrhlza and vitamin B1 , B6 , B12. Results There were significant difference for the curative effect and recurrence rate （ P 〈 0.05 ） between observation group and control group. Conclusion Triamcinolone Acetonide in the carpal tunnel injects was effective treating Pregnancy carpal tunnel syndrome, and surpasses the other conservative treatments. It also effect quickly and the recurrence rate is low. The clinical curative effect is satisfied.
