摘    要:目的研究重组人促红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)对大鼠皮肤深Ⅱ°烫伤愈合的影响。方法健康SD大鼠随机分成低剂量组(50U/mL rHuEPO)、中剂量组(100U/mL rHuEPO)、高剂量组(200U/mL rHuEPO)和生理盐水(NS)对照组,建立深Ⅱ°烫伤动物模型,并于伤后3、5、7、14、21d取创面皮肤标本,HE染色和免疫组织化学方法染色分别检测创面愈合情况及微血管密度。结果与对照组相比,rHuEPO治疗组创面愈合时间缩短,同一时相内大鼠烫伤愈合率高于对照组,微血管密度明显增加。结论rHuEPO能促进深Ⅱ°烫伤创面微血管形成,加速创面愈合。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human erythropoietin on deep second degree scald wound healing of rats skin. Methods A model of deep second degree scald wound in rats was used, All healthy SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: low-doze group (50 U / ml rHuEPO), mid-doze group (100 U / ml rHuEPO), high-doze group(200 U / ml rHuEPO)and NS control group, the process of deep second degree scald wound healing were observed on the level of micropathology with HE staining, and microvessal density (MVD) were detected with immunohistochemistry staining technique after 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 14 days and 21 days of scald. Results Compared with NS control group, the ratio of wound healing rats in erythropoietin groups were higher and the wound healing time was shorter and MVD was higher. Conclusion It is suggested Erythropoietin could accelerate tissue microvascular formation and deep second degree scald wound healing.
