| 摘 要： | 本研究应用全血干化学免疫浓缩技术检测骨碱性磷酸酶,用于佝偻病早期诊断,其灵敏度为80.92％,特异度93.3％,准确度82.98％.阳性预测值为98.4％.经与血生化、X线进行比较分析证明:该法有敏感、特异、简单、快速、节省材料等优点,是目前佝偻病早期诊断有价值的实验方法,应普及推广.

| Abstract: | The study is a new way to early diagnosis of richets by using the technigue of chemical innuno-concentra,tion to the whole sterm-blood.The sensitivity is 80. 92% , the specificity is 93. 3% the accuracy is 80. 92%, the positive prodicable value is 98. 4%. By analysing and comparing with results of blood bio-chemistry and the X-ray, it shows that the new way has the characteristics of sensitive, specifical, simple,quick and economical, It is one of the most valuable laboratory way for early diagnosis to richetis. It should be used expansively. |
