| 摘 要： | 目的研究胃肠道起搏细胞-Cajal间质细胞(interstitial cells of Cajal,ICCs)在豚鼠泌尿道的分布情况.方法取8只豚鼠肾盂、输尿管、膀胱和尿道组织,经铺片处理后,行ICCs特异性标志物KIT免疫细胞化学染色.结果KIT染色阳性,形态与胃肠道起搏细胞ICCs相似的细胞(ICCs样细胞)存在于豚鼠全泌尿道的黏膜下层和肌层.结论在豚鼠全泌尿道存在有ICCs样细胞分布,豚鼠可作为研究人泌尿道ICCs样细胞功能的理想动物模型.
