冰冻红细胞标准制备程序的确立及评价

摘    要:目的:确立冰冻红细胞标准制备方法。方法:通过比较手工法及洗血仪制备程序及冰冻红细胞质检结果,探索出最适制备方法。结果:洗血仪制备产品的上清游离Hb、甘油残余量、红细胞回收率等指标优于手工法,临床应用效果满意。结论:洗血仪程序可作为冰冻红细胞标准制备程序。

Abstract:Objective To establish the standard procedure of production of frozen blood. Methods The qualityof production of frozen blood cells in manual method was compared with that produced by the Haemonetic 115 washingsystem. The optimal conditions for glycerolisation and deglycerolisation were determined. Results The clinical markers offree Hb, residual glycerol, RBC recover rate showed that frozen RBC produced from washing system had a better quality thanthat from manual method, and with a satisfactory clinical application. Conclusion The washing system method can beconsidered as a standard procedure.
