| 摘 要： | 连续进行暗盒扫描时，经常出现以下错误现象：00952-16018 or 16010 The cassette could notbe loaded．The image on the plate may still be valid and woll not be erased．press continue to eject the cassette．If the problem continues，pleasec all service．有时出现错误：00995-00000 The plate was not scanned due to an error.please remove the cassette from the process slot and try again．相继出现空气压力低的报错，此时压力表显示为10PSI左右。还经常在气泵工作时，出现保险阀放气声。这种现象在第一个暗盒扫描和间隔扫描长时几乎不出现。
