| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑脊液置换对原发性蛛NNTN出血（SAH）并发脑血管痉挛（CVS）的临床效果。方法：84例SAH患者随机分为2组各42例，均给予神经内科常规方法治疗。观察组每3d给予1次脑脊液置换，共计5次。结果：治疗4周后，与对照组比较，观察组CVS发生率明显降低，并且发生CVS的患者症状较轻，预后相对较好（均P〈0．05）。结论：配合脑脊液置换治疗可降低原发性SAH并发CVS的发生率，明显改善患者的预后。 |

Clinical Analysis on Cerebral Vasospasm Treated by Cerebrospinal Fluid Replacement in Patients with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of cerebrospinal fluid replacement on the patients with cerebral vasospasm following subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods： The patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were divided into experimental and control groups, which were treated by cerebrospinal fluid replacement and intrathecal injection with dexamethasone in addition to conventional treatment and by conventional treatment, respectively. Results： Compared with the control group, the incidence of cerebral vasospasm in the experimental group was significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Moreover, the symptoms at the time of cerebral vasospasm were milder, and the prognosis was better （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy can decrease the incidence of cerebral vasospasm following subarachnoid hemorrhage and improve the prognosis of the patients. |
