护理新生心理健康状况调查分析及对策

为了保证护理教学质量，探索新生心理健康状况，采用自设问卷对98级，99级护理专业，英护专业新生276人的心理健康状况进行调查，发现新生人校后存在着不同程度的焦虑，恐惧，自卑，人际关系敏感等心理问题，针对问题，分析原因，采取相应措施，收到稳定情绪，提高教学质量，圆满完成学习任务的良好效果。

Investigating the Statusof Psychological Health for Nursing Fresher and Countermeasures

To ensure the quality of nursing teaching and explore mental health of the newcomers， We have investigated mental health of 276 new students in narsing major Grade 98，Grade 99 through self—designed questionnaire from the investigation,we know that the students are troubled with anxiety fear，self—abased and sensitive personal relationship in aifferent degrees．For these problems，we have analysed the reasons，adopted appropriate measures and achieved the good results of steady feelings,better study quality and satifactory study results.
