| 摘 要： | 目的评价胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人围手术期营养支持对术后恢复的影响。方法总结186例胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人围手术期营养支持治疗的经验。结果胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人共186例,其中营养支持治疗102例胃癌、小肠恶性肿瘤23例、61例大肠癌病人,术后切口均I～II期愈合,无吻合口瘘发生和其他严重并发症发生。结论胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人围手术期营养支持有助于病人术后的恢复,减少手术中、手术后并发症的发生。
