| 摘 要： | 目的评价针对结核分支杆菌复合群(Mycobacterium Tubercu losis Comp lex,MTC)MPB64抗原,快速检测非结核分枝杆菌(Nontubercu lous mycobacteria,NTM)的方法。方法与对硝基苯酸(PNB)生长实验检测NTM的方法比较。结果检测结核分枝杆菌(M.tubercu losis)H37RV、蟾蜍分枝杆菌(M.xenop i)、偶然分枝杆菌(M.fortu itum)和86例临床分离菌株,快速检测非结核分枝杆菌与PNB方法符合率100%。结论与PNB方法相比,快速检测非结核分枝杆菌有较高的特异性和灵敏性,更适于基层实验室和大规模调查时的初筛实验。
