| 摘 要： | 采用内补外消之法治疗临床期糖尿病肾病，近期观察取得较满意疗效。内补方面，以静脉滴注用药为主，少用内服之法，用药着重于补，以扶正培本为主；而外消方面，保留灌肠与沐足联用，着重于消，以祛邪治标为法。

| Abstract: | The interior-reinforcing and exterior-removing method received satisfying therapeutic effects in treating clinical diabetic kidney diseases. In the inerior-reinforcing respect, strengthening the body resistance to consolidate the constitution is essential, the administration was focused on the reinforcement through intravenous drip. In the exterior-removing respect, eliminating pathogenic factor to treat the exterior disease is the priciple of treatment, the administration is focused on the removement through enema together with foot-bathing. |
