| 摘 要： | 本文报告13例半身舞蹈症(hemichorea),男7例,女6例,平均年龄68岁。并发动脉硬化者7例,并发糖尿病者4例。主要表现为半身不自主舞蹈样动作,可伴肌张力低下,EEG异常。抗精神病药物治疗效果好。分析病因以缺血性脑梗塞为主。结合文献对病变部位及发病机理进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Thirteen cases with hemichorea are reported.7 patients are male and 6 are female. Their mean age is 68 years. 7 cases are complicated by arteriosclerosis and 4 cases are couplieared by diabetes mellitas. The major symptoms lf these patients include inexcable hemibody choreashape action and hyptenia. EEG is abncrmal. Antipsychotic drug t herapy has good result. The pathogenesis and pathosite are also disscused together with the review of the relevant literatures. |
