闭合复位并内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折46例

目的 :介绍透视下闭合复位、经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童新鲜髁上骨折的临床经验。方法 :臂丛神经阻滞后 ,在“C”形臂X光机透视下手法闭合复位46例肱骨髁上骨折患儿 ,复位成功后经内、外髁克氏针交叉固定。结果 :46例均经0.5～3年随访 ,平均13个月。全部骨折均骨性愈合。参照Flynn临床功能评定标准 ,优秀率80.5% ,良率达13.1% ,尚可率为6.4% ,无差病例。结论 :透视下闭合复位、经皮克氏针内固定可作为儿童新鲜髁上骨折明显移位型的首选治疗方法。

Treating 46 Cases of Child Supracondyiar Fracture with Closed Reduction and Internal Fixation
