| 摘 要： | 造血生长因子是促进骨髓造血细胞分化增殖和定向成熟的一类细胞因子的总称。研究发现以促红细胞生成素、血小板生长素、粒细胞集落刺激因子和血管内皮生长因子为代表的造血生长因子,除了传统地作用于造血细胞外,还具有保护心肌的作用,它们能对抗细胞凋亡,促进血管生长和动员干细胞修复损伤组织,从而缩小梗死面积,减轻心室重构,改善心功能。

| Abstract: | Hemopoietic growth factor(HGF)is generic name of a kind of cytoki nes that can promote cell differentiation and directional mature of myeloid el ement.Many researches showed that hemopoietic growth factors,which can be represented by hemopoietin,thrombopoietin,granulocyte colony-stimulating fact or,vascular endothelial growth factor,also have protective effect on myocard ium besides its traditional effect on hematopoietic cell,which also can reduc e the infarction area,relieve ventricle reconstitution and promote heart fun ction by opposing cell apoptosis,promoting angiogenesis and mobilizing stem c ells to repair damaged tissue. |
