| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的病因及治疗方法.方法对13例病人的发病时间、诱因、前 房渗出和皮质残留情况进行观察.结果(1)男性发病率明显高于女性(P＜0.05);(2)发病时间一般在术后15～25天;(3)糖 尿病患者的发生率较高;(4)劳累和术后早期过度用眼是其诱因;(5)对皮质类固醇治疗敏感.结论本病可能是由免疫复合 物介导的变态反应.术后常规用药,避免劳累和早期过度用眼可降低其发生率.

| Abstract: | To approach the etiology and the method of therapy of delayed uveitis after intraocular lens implantation.Methods The time, inducement, anterior chamber exudate and cortex lentis residue of 13 cases were observed. Results (1)The incidence in male was obviously higher than in female.( P <0 05) (2)The disease usually attacked on the 15-25 th day after operation. (3)Patients with diabetes had a higher incidence. (4) The inducement was due to fatigue and early excessive use of eye after operation, and (5) The patient was allergic to the treatment of glucocorticoids. Conclusions The disease may be an allergic reaction resulting from immune complex. Therefore, routine administration and freedom of fatigue and early excessive use of eye may reduce its incidence. |
