摘    要:目的建立用于制剂和人体尿样中诺氟沙星含量测定的荧光分光光度法。方法研究不同pH条件下诺氟沙星的光谱行为,对样品测定条件进行优化,并对胶囊和人体尿液中诺氟沙星进行定量分析。结果用于制剂分析时,λex和λem分别为333nm和448nm,其线性范围为0.01μg·mL^-1~1.0μg·mL^-1;用于人尿样分析时,为了避免尿液中杂质的干扰,选定λex和λem分别为290nm和448nm,其线性范围为0:01μg·mL^-1~2.0μg·mL^-1;最低检出限均为0.01μg·mL^-1。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、无干扰,可作为尿样或制剂的含量直接分析方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a fluorescence spectrophotometry method for the determination of norfloxacin in both capsule and human urine samples. METHODS Study the fluorescent properties of norfloxacin in different pH environment, thus determine the best test condition and quantify norfloxacin in both capsule and human urine samples. RESULTS For capsule sample, the λex and λem was 252 nm and 378 nm , the linear range was 0.01μg·mL^-1 - 1.0μg·mL^-1;while for human urine sample, the λex and λem was 290 nm and 448nm respectively, linear range was 0.01μg·mL^-1 --2.0μg·mL^-1. For both samples its detection limit was 0.01μg·mL^-1.CONCLUSION This method is easy, swift, sensitive and without interference. It can be applied to the determination of norfloxacin in both capsule and human urine.
