| 摘 要： | 目的了解西药治疗基础上联合中药及心理治疗法治疗神经衰弱的疗效。方法选择符合CCMD-2-R神经衰弱诊断标准的住院患者182例随机分为综合治疗组121例,对照组61例,综合治疗组予口服西药治疗、心理治疗、中药治疗,对照组仅用西药治疗。结果综合治疗组显效率86.8%,总有效率97.5%;对照组显效率13.1%,总有效率54.1%,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合治疗神经衰弱的疗效确切,明显优于单用西药治疗。
