咖啡因作为中枢腺苷受体拮抗剂的应用

摘    要:咖啡因是中枢神经系统兴奋药,在机体的多个系统中发挥广泛的药理学作用。腺苷是重要的神经调质,通过不同亚型的腺苷受体调节多种病理生理过程。近年来,咖啡因作为中枢腺苷受体拮抗剂在基础研究与临床应用方面越来越受到重视。大量实验证明,通过不同剂量、不同时相给予咖啡因可以改变腺苷受体不同亚型的表达,增强或减弱其生物学效应,对某些中枢神经系统疾病(如帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病、脑缺血缺氧等)起到预防或治疗作用。
