幽门螺杆菌疫苗递送系统的研究进展

摘    要:幽门螺杆菌感染是慢性胃炎、胃和十二指肠溃疡、胃肠癌等消化道疾病的主要病因。目前疫苗已成为控制幽门螺杆菌感染的一种有效手段,但需一定的递送系统才能发挥出预期药效。因此,疫苗递送系统成为近年来研究活跃的领域之一。本文总结了近年来幽门螺杆菌疫苗递送系统的研究进展,并主要对微粒、脂质体、冻干粉、复乳及凝胶、纳米疫苗等方面的研究进行综述。
