| 摘 要： | 为探讨索他洛尔对室性早搏患者心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）及ＱＴ离散度（ＱＴｄ）的影响，２０例室性早搏患者服用了索他洛尔（８０ｍｇ，２次／ｄ）周，测定了用药前后的２４ｈ心率变异的时域指标及ＱＴｄ，并与３０例正常人比较。结果表明：室性早搏患者的ＨＲＶ各指标均低于正常组（Ｐ〈０．０５或〈０．０１），ＱＴｄ、ＱＴｃｄ增高（Ｐ〈０．００１）；索他洛尔治疗后ＨＲＶ各指标增高（Ｐ〈０．０５），并与正常对照组比较无显著意

| Abstract: | To study effects of sotalol on heart rate variability (HRV) and QT dispersion (QTD). We measured 24 hours time domain indexes of HRV and QTD before and two weeks after treated with sotalol (80mg, bid) in 20 patients with premature ventricular beats, and compared with 30 health subjects. The results showed that the time domain indexes of HRV were significantly decreased in premature ventricular beats as compared with normal control group ( P <0.05 or 0.01), QTd, QTcd were significantly increased ( P <0.01). Use of sotalol could increase the levels of HRV ( P <0.05) and reduce QTd, QTcd ( P<0.05). Thus, use of sotalol in patients with ventricular arrhythmias could improve HRV and QTd. |
