| 摘 要： | 目的探讨联合显像方法对甲状腺“冷（凉）结节”的临床诊断价值。方法应用^99cmTcO4^-对甲状腺结节患者进行SPECT甲状腺动态和静态联合显像。结果静态显像显示为“冷（凉）结节”患者，若动态显像示血流灌注增加，则甲状腺恶性肿瘤的可能性大；若动态显像示血流灌注减少或无血流灌注，则多为甲状腺良性肿瘤。结论甲状腺动态与静态联合显像对判断甲状腺“冷（凉）结节”的良、恶性有一定临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of union imaging method in differentiating the nature of thyroid"cold(cool)"nodules. Methods The SPECT thyroid dynamic and static union imaging using 99mTcO4-were performed to the thyroid nodular patients.
