头孢硫脒治疗肝硬化合并细菌感染的疗效

目的:研究头孢硫脒治疗肝硬化人群感染性疾病的疗效及应用安全性。方法:111例肝硬化合并感染患者用头孢硫脒静脉滴注,疗程7-14天,用药期间常规应用保肝药物。结果:111例肝硬化合并感染患者治愈率43．2％,有效率61．3％; G 菌感染47例,占56．7％,清除率95．7％;G-菌感染36例,清除率58．3％。药物应用中皮疹、皮肤瘙痒发生率较高。结论:头孢硫脒治疗肝硬化合并感染患者的疗效好,细菌清除率高,肝肾损害小。

Effect of Cephathiamidin in Treatment of Liver Cirrhosis Combined Bacterial Infection

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect and safety of cephathiamidin in the treatment of liver cirrhosis patients conbining with infection. Method: One hundrend and eleven liver cirrhosis patients combined with infection was used cephathiamidin intravenous drip for 7-14 days, and the liver protectant was used routinely also. Result: The healing rate of infecton was 43. 2% , the effective rate was 61. 3% ; 47 cases were infected by gram positive bacterium, the clearance rate was 95. 7% ; 36 cases were infected by gram negative bacterium, the clearance rate was 58.3%. In the treatment of cephathiamidin, the incidence of rash and itch of skin was high. Conclusion: Cephathiamidin is an effective antibacterial agent in the treatment of liver cirrhosis patients combining with infection, the clearance rate of bacterium is high, the damage of liver and renal function is small.
