| 摘 要： | 应用聚合酶链反应－单链构象多态性分析方法，检测２１例鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤新鲜及石蜡包埋组织中，Ｐ５３基因第６外显子的突变率发现Ｐ５３基因第６外显子突变１４例，突变率为６７％。其Ⅰ－Ⅳ期的分布分别为３３％；其分化程度分布为３３％，６７％，８９％；有淋巴结转移者为１００％，无转移为５９％。
