舒肝和胃法治疗胃食管反流病的疗效观察

目的]观察舒肝和胃治疗胃食管反流病的疗效。方法]将162例患者随机分成治疗组（87例）和时照组（75例），两组均予奥美拉唑20mg口服，2次／d。治疗组加用中药治疗，1日1剂分2次服。两组均以6周为1含疗程。结果]治疗组87例，治愈21例，显效44例，有效13例，无效8例，总有效率90．80％；对照组75例，治愈11例，显效24例，有效19例，无效21例，总有效率72．00％，两纽比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论]中西医结合治疗胃食管反流病有较好的临床疗效。

Shugan Hewei Method Treat Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
