| 摘 要： | 本次调查结果提示HBV感染与结核菌感染之间似有联系。HBeAg与结核菌感染之间的负性关系尤为明显,结核菌感染阴性组HBeAg阳性率为25.81％,阳性组HBeAg阳性率为8.47％,两者具有非常显著性差异。如果结核菌感染可使HBeAg阴转,那么接种卡介苗可以起到预防乙型肝炎病毒感染的作用。关于这方面工作有待于进一步地深入研究。

| Abstract: | An inverse relationship between tuberculosis infections and HBeAg positively was found. Among the populations of tuberculosis infections negativity and positively, the frequency of HBeAg positivity were 25.81 per cent and 8.47 per cent respectively. A highly significant inverse association did exist. This finding suggests that BCG vaccination might reduce the incidence of hepatitis B infection. |
