湿润烧伤膏治疗颌面部外伤临床疗效分析

目的：探讨治疗颌面部外伤的有效方法，并评价湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）在治疗颌面部外伤中的作用。方法：选择720例颌面部外伤病例。随机分为应用MEBO的治疗组和不用MEBO的对照组，对治疗后疼痛、感染及创面愈合情况进行疗效分析。结果：疼痛：治疗组发生率为3．6％、对照组为91．1％，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；感染：治疗组发生率为10．7％，对照组为31．4％（P〈0．01）；创面愈合满意率：治疗组为85．8％、对照组为63．3％（P〈0．01）。结论：MEBO治疗颌面部外伤具有镇痛效果确切、抗感染作用好。有促进创面愈合的作用，具有临床推广应用价值。

Clinical analysis of therapeutic effect about treating maxillofacial traumas with MEBO

Objective:To research an effective pathway of treating maxillofacial traumas,and evaluate the clinical curative effect of treating maxillofacial traumas with MEBO. Methods: 720 cases of maxillofacial traumas were chosen and divided into two groups in random by with or without MEBO. Then all the patients were analyzed and compared about their pain,infection,and raw surface healing etc.Results:Pain incidence rate of medication group was 3.6% and which in control group was 91.1%,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.01). Infection incidence rate in medication group was 10.7% and which in control group was 1.4%,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.01). satisfactory rate of raw surface healing in medication group was 85.8% and which in control group was 63.3%,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.01) uniformly.Conclusion:Treating maxillofacial traumas with MEBO is one of the more effective method in relieving pain,anti-infection,and promoting raw surface healing.
