孕妇外周血中大血小板变化情况探讨

目的:探讨孕妇外周血中大血小板的变化情况及其临床意义.方法:使用SYSMEX XE2100全自动血液分析仪对100例正常妊娠妇女分娩前后、40例妊娠后并发症妇女及45例妊高征患者外周血血小板参数进行检测,包括大血小板比率(P-LCR)、血小板总数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)及血小板分布宽度(PDW),并观察其动态变化情况.结果:孕妇大血小板比率及数量在分娩前后会出现一过性升高(P＜0.01),且变化最显著,分娩1周后迅速回复正常;而妊高征及产后并发症患者体内大血小板变化情况与正常妊娠妇女相比有明显差异.结论:动态监测孕妇外周血中大血板变化情况简便可行,并在一定程度上了解其妊娠及产后恢复情况.

The Study about the Variety of Large Platelet in Peripheric Blood of Pregnant Women

Objective:To study the variety and value of large platelet in peripheric blood of pregnant women .Methods: The levels of P - LCR, PLT number, MPV and PDW were measured by SYSMEX XE2100 automatic haematic analyzer in different periods in 100 cases of normal pregnant women, 45 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome(PIH) and 40 cases of postpartum syndrome including flooding and infection. Results: The large platelets were the most obviously increase (P < 0.01) in antepartum while they de crease to normality one week after parturition. But in the cases of PIH and postpartum syndrome there were obvious differences about the variety of large platelets compared to the normal.Conclusion: To dynamically detect large platelets was simple and dependable to know the status of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
