豫东农村小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病相关因素调查分析

目的调查豫东农村小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病相关因素。方法以豫东农村3810名小儿的母亲为调查对象,对整群随机抽样问卷的资料进行分析。结果3810名小儿中,维生素D缺乏性佝偻病887例(23.33%),其中男426例,女461例,男女患病在性别上无显著差异。佝偻病患病与喂养方法、辅食添加、母亲文化程度和卫保知晓度、人均年收入有显著差异。结论小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病与豫东农村现实的相关因素有关,应采取相应的对策。

Analysis on investigation of related factors of Vitamin D deficiency rickets in infants from rural areas of eastern Henan

Objective To Investigate and analyze related factors of Vitamin D deficiency rickets in infants from villages of eastern Henan. Methods The subjects were 3180 mothers.Data of random sample questionnaire were analyzed.Results Out of 3810 cases ,887 cases (23.33%) were vitamin D deficiency rickets,426 cases were male and 461 cases were female ,which there was no significant difference in sex predominace.There was obviouse difference between pathogenesis of rickts and feeding additional food ,cultural degree of mothers ,knowledge of health care and annual income per person. Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency rickets in infants is correlated to rural reality,measures should be carried out.
