恶性疟疾并发肺水肿的放射诊断及误诊原因分析

目的：认识恶性疟疾并发肺部表现的X线征象，提高诊断率。方法：分析5例恶性疟疾病例的X线胸片，并与血液检验结果进行对照。结果：5例患者的胸片均有不同程度的两中下肺野及肺门渗出实变表现。3例分别误诊为肺栓塞、败血症和肺部感染，2例经抗疟抗水肿治疗，抢救成功。结论：早期正确认识恶性疟疾并发肺水肿的X线征象，对抢救恶性疟疾病例有重要意义。

Raidiographic diagnosis of pulmonary ocdema complicated with plasmodium falciparum malaria

Objective: To recongnize the raidiographic features of pulmonary appearance complicated with plasmodium falciparum malaria and to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods: Chest x-ray plain films of 5 cases were analyzed and correlated with the result of blood exam for malaia parasites.Results: At the chest x-ray plain films,different extent consolidation lesion were found at both middle and lower zones of the lung fields.3 cases was misdiagnosed as pulmonary emblism previously with septicemia and pulmonary infection.All of the 3 cases died without effect of treatment.Other 2 cases were cured with the therapy of anti-malaria and anti-pulmonary oedema.Conclusion: Early accurate diagnosis of pulmonary oedema complicated with plasmodium falciparum maliria is significant for the salvage treatment of the malaria.
