重组人表皮生长因子联合纳米银护创液作用于糖尿病溃疡动物模型的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)联合纳米银护创液作用于糖尿病溃疡动物模型创面的疗效。方法建立糖尿病溃疡动物模型,随机分为重组人表皮生长因子组和重组人表皮生长因子+纳米银护创液组,动态观察两组的溃疡愈合面积、愈合时间及动态愈合率。结果重组人表皮生长因子+纳米银护创液组溃疡的面积变化、愈合时间及动态愈合率与重组人表皮生长因子组相比较均有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论重组人表皮生长因子与纳米银护创液联合使用比单纯使用重组人表皮生长因子更能显著促进糖尿病溃疡创面的愈合。

Experimental Research on Efficacy of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Combined with Nanometer Silver Solution on Animal Model of Diabetes Ulcers

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with nanometer silver solution to animal model of diabetes ulcers.Methods The animal model of diabetes ulcers was established.The animals were randomly divided into rhEGF group and rhEGF combined with nanometer silver solution group.The healing area of the ulcer,healing time and healing rate of the ulcer were compared between the two groups.Results In rhEGF combined with nanometer silver solution group,there was significant difference in the healing area of the ulcer,healing time and healing rate of the ulcer compared with those observed in rhEGF group.Conclusion rhEGF combined with nanometer silver solution can promote healing of diabetes ulcers compared with using rhEGF independently.
