布拉酵母菌治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床探讨

目的探讨布拉酵母菌治疗小儿急性腹泻的疗效及安全性。方法采用随机对照研究方法。对象为在本院儿科就诊的年龄在1个月～3岁、病程2d以内、大便次数〉3次／d、非脓血便、未使用任何抗腹泻治疗方法的急性腹泻患儿69例，随机分为布拉酵母菌联合双八面体蒙脱石治疗组和单用双八面体蒙脱石对照组，治疗结束后评价疗效。结果共有62例完成本研究，治疗组有效率90．63％，对照组有效率70％；平均止泻时间治疗组为3．16d，对照组为3．88d；平均总疗程治疗组为4．03d，对照组为5．03d；经统计学检验，均P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。所有病例均未发生不良反应。结论布拉酵母菌联合双八面体蒙脱石治疗小儿急性腹泻的疗效明显优于单用双八面体蒙脱石，且无任何不良反应。布拉酵母菌治疗小儿急性腹泻，值得临床推广应用。

Study of Saccharomyces boulardii in treatment of acute diarrhea in children

Objective To study the curative effects and the safety of Saccharomyces boulardii in treatment of children acute diarrhea. Methods Taking the randomized-control study method, we choose 69 acute diarrhea children from the clinic patients in our hospital, from 1 month to 3 years old, the treatment period within 2 days,more than 3 times stool a day, no bloody purulent stool, and no antidiarrheal treatment. The 69 patients were divided into the Saccharomyces boulardii plus montmorillonite group and montmorillonite group on random. The curative effects were accessed after treatment. Results 62 case completed the study, and the total effective rate of treatment group was 90.63% while control group was 70%;the average antidiarrheal period in treatment group was 3. 16 days while control group was 3.88 days; the total treatment period of treatment group was 4. 03 days while control group was 5.03 days;There were significant differences in above indexes between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. All cases had no adverse effect. Conclusion The curative effects of Saccharomyces boulardii plus montmorillonite are more superior than that of montmorillonite of single use and it has no adverse effect. Thus, Saccharomyces boulardii is worthy to he wildly used in the treatment of children accute diarrhea.
