| 摘 要： | 目的建立清利通胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中的栀子、萹蓄、大黄、川木通、甘草进行定性鉴别研究,用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定方中主要有效成分栀子苷的含量。结果薄层色谱鉴别分离度好,专属性强;含量测定平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.8%.结论方法简便可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish quality control standard of Qinglitong capsule.Methods Fructus Gardeniae,Herba Polygoni Avicularis,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Clematis armandi Franch and Radix Glycyrrhizae were identified by thin-layer chromatography （TLC）. The content of geniposide which is the effective element in the preparation was determined as the index by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）.Results The resolution and specificity of TLC was good. The recovery rate of content determination was 99.3%,and RSD was 1.8%.Conclusion The quality control is feasible and can be applied in mass production. The stability of the pharmaceutical quality can be ensured. |
