| 摘 要： | 总结３２９例因胸痛行冠状动脉造影的病例，研究了ａｐｏＡ１和ａｐｏＢ的水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系。结果显示：ａｐｏＢ是鉴别有、无冠状动脉病变的良好参考指标。ａｐｏＡ１／ａｐｏＢ的比值既是鉴别有无冠状动脉病变的指标，又是发现冠状动脉病严重程度的良好参数。

| Abstract: | Serum apolipoprotein Al and B were determined in 329 subjects undergoing coronary angingraphy because of angina pectoris. The relationship between the apolipoproeeins and the seventy of coronary artery disease was studied. The results showed that the inesse of serum apoB levels was the better indicator to distinguish coronaly artery disease from non-coronary artery disease. apeA1/apoB ratio had the most consistent asciation with the seventy of coronary artery disease assessed by angiography. |
