摘    要:目的:研究MRA诊断颅内动脉瘤的原理与方法,优势与不足以及临床价值。方法:选择经DSA证实为颅内动脉瘤的息者30例,行三维MRA及MRI检查,全部病例均经手术证实。结果:MRA对颅内动脉瘤的敏感性为90%,结合原始断层图像和MRI,敏感性则高达97%,较准确显示了3mm以上动脉瘤的形态、大小及与载瘤动脉的关系。对于检测血栓性动脉瘤MRA优于DSA影像。结论:MRA是一种无创伤的血管检查技术.可准确显示动脉瘤。对于Willis环区动脉瘤,MRA可取代常规血管造影。

Abstract:Objective:To study the principle and methodolgy of MRA in diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm,and also to assess the value of MRA in detecting intracranial aneurysm.Methods:MRA and MRI were performed in 30 patieats with intracranial aneurysms which were confirmed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and operation.Results:The sensitivity of MRA in detecting intracranial aneurysm was 90%.And it can be improved up to 97% when combin MRA with MRI.The site,size and morphology of aneurysms more than 3mm in diameter and its relation to supply artery were more accurately demonstrated by MRA.MRA is better than DSA in detecting the thrombosed parts of the aneurysms.Conclusion:MRA is a effective and non invasive diagnostic methoo for intracranial aneurysm.It may replace DSA in detecting the willis circle aneurysm.
